Delivery and Shipping
At Allan Langer Clothing we strive to keep all of the items featured on our website in stock. If any of our items are temporarily out of stock we will advise you via email how long it will be before they are back in stock, and if you have ordered them with other products we will hold your order and ship them all together to avoid extra delivery costs unless otherwise advised by the customer.
Australian Deliveries
Australia Post E-Parcel AUD $12.00 - (1 - 2 items) - Applies to all orders with an Australian or Tasmanian delivery address, is tracked by an electronic tracking system, and requires a signature at the final point of delivery. Please allow 3 - 5 working days transit time from when the order leaves our warehouse.
Australia Post E-Parcel AUD $14.00 - (3 or more items) - Applies to all orders with an Australian or Tasmanian delivery address, is tracked by an electronic tracking system, and requires a signature at the final point of delivery. Please allow 3 - 5 working days transit time from when the order leaves our warehouse.
*We do not offer guaranteed delivery on a Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
New Zealand Deliveries
Australia Post Air Express AUD $15.00 - (1 - 2 items) - Applies to all orders with a New Zealand delivery address, is tracked by an electronic tracking system, and requires a signature at the final point of delivery. Please allow 5 - 7 working days transit time from when the order leaves our warehouse.
Australia Post Air Express AUD $20.00 - (3 or more items) - Applies to all orders with a New Zealand delivery address, is tracked by an electronic tracking system, and requires a signature at the final point of delivery. Please allow 5 - 7 working days transit time from when the order leaves our warehouse.
International Deliveries
Australia Post Air Express AUD $28.00 - (1 - 2 items) - Applies to all orders with a delivery address outside Australia and New Zealand, is tracked by an electronic tracking system, and requires a signature at the final point of delivery. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks transit time from when the order leaves our warehouse.
Australia Post Air Express AUD $40.00 - (3 or more items) - Applies to all orders with a delivery address outside Australia and New Zealand, is tracked by an electronic tracking system, and requires a signature at the final point of delivery. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks transit time from when the order leaves our warehouse.
Some more remote addresses may incur longer transit times.
Additional Information
Different Stock Availability - If you have selected items with different availability times then we will dispatch your order when all items are ready:
Dispatching of Orders - Although we try to get all our orders dispatched on the day we receive the order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:
- Credit Card Checks – To ensure security for both our customers and ourselves, sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card which could delay the order.
- Jersey Printing - Jerseys requiring personalization for example with additional name and or numbering, may take an extra three days before they are ready to be dispatched.
- Items on Available Within - Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers. If this is the case then the number of days that this process will take will be quoted on the product details page. For example "Available within 7 days":
Items on Immediate Dispatch – Once you have placed your order, if it fails to reach you within the times quoted above, then please contact our Customer Service Department on shop@broncosmerchandise.com who will be happy to assist.
Non-Shippable Addresses - For contractual reasons we are unable to deliver to certain locations around the world. If your country is not listed when you are entering a delivery or billing address, then we will not be able to accept your order to deliver at that address.
Customs and Import Charges
Any additional customs or import duties that are levied once the package reaches its destination country must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information in relation to those charges prior to placing your order.
Returns Policy (your right to return)
You may return any faulty item within 14 days of purchase. If the item is deemed to be faulty by us we will replace the item at no charge to you.
To return any faulty item, please contact our customer service department on (07) 38589095, or shop@broncosmerchandise.com prior to returning the goods. Please include an explanation for the return with the merchandise.
Please allow up to 14 working days for this to be processed.

Customers are asked to return the defective item(s) including a copy of your receipt slip by a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not reaching us. If the goods are deemed to be faulty by us, Allan Langer Clothing will refund you reasonable cost’s of return shipping charges providing you include a copy of the delivery charge receipt.

Faulty Items:
Please note the following exceptions to this policy:
- DVDs, Videos, PC and PlayStation games, underwear, swimwear and pierced jewelry and items specially manufactured to your order, can only be refunded or exchanged if the goods returned have been deemed to be faulty, and not be exchanged for other sizes.
- We are unable to refund or exchange a jersey once it has been printed with a players name and or number. A refund or exchange will only be permitted if the garment is faulty.
- All return and re-shipping charges are the Customer's liability.
- We will refund shipping costs if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.
- All items should be unworn and unused.
